Last year the dentists at Children’s Dental Center scheduled over 900 children at local hospitals and treated them for Early Childhood Cavities. The ages of the children ranged from 2 to 6 years old. We believe we can change these numbers dramatically with your help. Education is the solution and that is where we are hoping you will help us.

Most parents are well aware of the importance of taking care of their children’s teeth, so it comes as a shock when their toddler has cavities discovered during an examination. Tooth decay among children is on the rise, and many experts believe over use of Sippy cups or bottles containing sugary beverages, like juice or milk, are responsible.

We have provided photographs that clearly show the progression of decay in young children’s mouths. Please take a few seconds to look them over and you will understand why we here at Children’s Dental Center are on our mission to save smiles.
